All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number. Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll decide if a refund or replacement is applicable.
All products are quality checked before dispatch, but if we’ve made a mistake, we’ll do our best to resolve it.
